		When Gregor Molotov (guest star Thomas Kretschmann), an old friend of 
		Max Malini (Keith David), comes to town in search of who is in 
		possession of the cape, Vince (David Lyons) must fight to save the 
		people who took him in. Meanwhile, Dana (Jennifer Ferrin) is back to 
		work in the public defender's office, where she encounters Palm City's 
		corruption first hand. Peter Fleming (James Frain) and Marty Voyt 
		(Dorian Missick) continue their tireless pursuit to find out Orwell's 
		(Summer Glau) true identity.

		January 24, 2011:  Scales on a Train WHEN THE CAPE TIPS OFF 
		SCALES, A BUSINESS PARTNER OF PETER FLEMING, THAT HE HAS BEEN DUPED, 
		SCALES HEADS TO A PARTY TO GET REVENGE — When “The Cape” (David Lyons) 
		tips off Dominic Raoul — aka Scales (Vinnie Jones) — that Peter Fleming 
		(James Frain) has been extorting money from him, Scales heads to a 
		costume party on a train to confront Fleming. “The Cape” and Orwell 
		(Summer Glau), also at the party, discover Max (Keith David) and the 
		gang are going to heist the train, and Vince/The Cape is conflicted 
		about what to do. Meanwhile, Dana (Jennifer Ferrin) and Trip (Ryan 
		Wynott) must endure scrutiny and taunts while trying to deal with their 
		loss. Also starring: Guest star

		and Izabella Miko (Raia). Episode 5 - January 31, 2011:  Dice 
		Peter Fleming aka Chess (James Frain) and the ARK Corporation prepare to 
		unveil a special device that may alter the fate of Palm City. Tracey 
		Jerrod -- aka Dice (guest star Mena Suvari), -- a young savant and 
		inspiration for the device, emerges and targets Chess to avenge her 
		father’s death. Realizing he must keep his enemy alive in order to fully 
		destroy him, Vince -- aka The Cape (David Lyons) -- suddenly finds 
		himself defending his archnemesis. With the help of Rollo (Martin Klebba), 
		Ruvi (Anil Kumar), Raia (Izabella Mike) and Max (Keith David), Vince 
		attempts to master new skills and also tries to accept how his choices 
		will affect his wife, Dana (Jennifer Ferrin) and son, Trip (Ryan Wynott). Episode 6 - 
		February 7, 2011:  Cape's Day Off 
		Trip (series regular Ryan Wynott) playing with a camera 
		in his room and meets a new kid from the neighborhood named Gerry 
		Blander. Gerry offering his help and his friendship. Trip tells him 
		he want to catch The Cape on tape.  There is a meeting between two persons named Walters and 
		Googles on a deserted highway. Googles has a partner named Hicks 
		but he isn’t there. According to Googles Hicks only meet people if he 
		wants to kill them. Walters give Googles a Cape comic and he wants The 
		Cape gets killed.
		- Later in a van, Googles and Hicks discuss how they get The Cape. They 
		discovered Orwell might be the key after reading a headline 
		involving Walters written by Orwell in the comic.  In a desert campsite at night, Googles and Hicks are waiting for their 
		next target a person named Tyson

		February 14, 2011:  Ghosts of 
		Palm
 CityAt night, Janet Peck is working in her truck rental store. A 
		mysterious man who wears black clothes and a black hat enters ad want to 
		rent a truck. When Janet wants to check his license she noticed he 
		supposed to be dead. At that moment, the person blows powder into 
		Janet’s face. She falls to the ground and looks dead. Vince (series regular David Lyons), Max (series regular 
		Keith Davis) and Rollo (series regular Martin Klebba) 
		discovers Janet’s dead looking body in a bus. Rollo knows her and is 
		trying to wake her up – with success. However Janet is acting weird. She 
		slashes Rollo’s arm with a knife but Vince takes her in control. She is 
		saying “The Lich has risen.” There Is a chance we might get glimpses of The Lich in this episode. The Cape, along with Marty (series regular Dorian Missick) has 
		a confrontation with Janet’s attacker. The attacker just says “The dead 
		will rise again”. When The Cape asked who he is talking about he says 
		Conrad Chandler.  There are mysterious web videos out there. Orwell (series 
		regular Summer Glau) meets a woman named Netta who has 
		information about the videos. The information leads her to the name 
		Conrad Chandler.  Dana (series regular Jennifer Ferrin) will also be in 
		this episode.
